The logistics sector is in a great growth and modernization of their processes, because Brazil 
is a highly promising market due to the territorial size, and especially the intricate tax system
that involves the production and distribution of goods.


Brazil has increased 20 steps in just three years, and is first in Latin America, ahead of countries like Mexico, Argentina and Chile and is able to increase another 20 steps in the next release of the Logistics Development Index if solves their bureaucratic issues because it faces more problems in matters related to the negative impact of bureaucracy and various processes that hinder the clearance of imported goods and shipment of goods abroad.

 
According IMAM Institute survey, along the medium to large companies, nationwide and the various sectors of activity, cost reduction is the main reason that drives companies to outsource their l ogistics operations, followed by the search for greater flexibility in delivery of goods, and focus on core business. The greatest problems to achieving the goals of supply chain integration are the direct suppliers, the direct customers, the company itself, suppliers of suppliers and customers'  customers.
